You may have already heard the recent story of 12 Years a Slave actress Daniele Watts and her unfortunate run-in with the LAPD. According to her Facebook post, Daniele was kissing her boyfriend when two cops arrived and demanding they see her ID, insinuating she was a prostitutes, and likely because she is black and her boyfriend is white.

There was understandably an uproar over the situation, with people nationwide expressing their disbelief that the Los Angeles police could be so racist and unreasonable. Daniele uploaded videos and photos to her Facebook that showed her sobbing, screaming, and bleeding, apparently all because she engaged in an interracial kiss on a public street, fully clothed.

But is that the full story?

Yesterday, TMZ (via Dlisted) got a hold of some pics snapped by the office workers who called the cops on Daniele and her boyfriend — photos in which, as the workers describe, Daniele is seen “grinding” on her boyfriend in the front seat with her breasts exposed. After an employee asked that they stop, because everyone in the office could see them, they allegedly kept going until he finished, then wiped themselves up with a tissue, and tossed it in the grass.

The duo still stand by their story that they were doing nothing wrong.

“Just saw the pics and I feel it proves we were NOT having sex,” Watts’ boyfriend, Brian Lucas, said to BuzzFeed News via text message.

He added, “We already completely admitted to making out passionately with door open. Who would have sex in a car with a door open? If we ever thought of doing that we would have tried to find a place with no one around, hang up stuff in the windows, and door would definitely not be open.”
