They say “sex sells,” and I’m pretty sure “they” are right. It’s the only reason Carl’s Jr would continue to put supermodels, porn stars, and uh, well, amateur porn stars in their commercials despite it being completely obvious that none of them would actually consume Carl’s Jr food ever, even if it was the only thing in an airport and they just got off a nineteen hour flight that didn’t serve any snacks.

So yeah, sex sells, which must have been the rationale behind this commercial for some Australian toothpaste, that features a very steamy foreplay scene between two sexy actors. The idea behind the commercial is funny and cringe-worthy, but toothpaste? I mean, come on… what a waste… it could have been used for condoms or lubricant or one of those “male enhancement” pills they sell at truck stops. But toothpaste? QUAY TOOTHPASTE?!?!
