Today was a slow news day. Yes, Lindsay Lohan is officially going back to rehab, and yeah, The Kardashians are smelling each others’ vaginas on TV, but that’s about as shocking as warm cottage cheese.

One interesting tidbit of sports/celebrity gossip, though, is that world-famous golfer and even-more-than-world-famous cheater Tiger Woods is officially dating Olympic skiier Lindsey Vonn. According to the Superficial, Tiger announced the news on his Facebook page, alongside photos of he and his new lady posing in waht appear to be professional couple pictures.

This season has been great so far and I’m happy with my wins at Torrey and Doral. Something nice that’s happened off the course was meeting Lindsey Vonn. Lindsey and I have been friends for some time, but over the last few months we have become very close and are now dating. We thank you for your support and for respecting our privacy. We want to continue our relationship, privately, as an ordinary couple and continue to compete as athletes.

I suppose the normally-über private Tiger has decided to share the info to show that he’s a “new man” who can totally hold together a relationship with a woman without obsessively cheating on them to the point that it seems like almost a disease. And I suppose that Lindsey maybe hit her head harder than previously thought.
