Ah, retail. I am lucky to have never worked in the soul-sucking hellhole of a mall store, but watching the employees of Crate & Barrel, Hollister, or god FORBID Cinnabon, you get the sense that they have seen some shit. Whether it’s someone taking a dump in a fitting room or learning too late that a man is molesting a mannequin, everyone who works in retail has SOME kind of nightmare story.

The Apple store, for the most part, seems semi-bearable. Most people waiting for their appointments are ready to drop some serious cash, and the open and available Apple products lining the walls make for some entertained kids and elderly folk. On the other hand, people are THE F***ING WORST, so it was only a matter of time before we got to see some crazy-face going off on an underpaid employee of one of the biggest tech companies on earth. Luckily, this outburst caught on camera came from a tall, frail-looking white woman pushing a stroller, so it makes it that much more funny. Check it out:

I’m sorry, Apple employee. I’m sure you did nothing wrong. Just smile, get a manager, and remember that you only have 6 years left of this hell. Oh, and happy hump day!
