What are the requirements of a great music video? Does it need a Rube Goldberg device or dancing on treadmills? Maybe it needs a sexy woman squirting whipped cream out of her tatas. Maybe it should be 10 goddamn minutes long and chock full of ads for products you don’t use. I suppose a good music video could need a confused 20-year-old in 90s underwear making out with a sledgehammer.

Everyone has their own favorite type of music video for their favorite type of music. But I think we can all agree that a music video for a sweet electronic soul song, featuring an adorable 6-year-old named Terra busting moves that your fragile old person bones can’t even fathom IS THE BEST KIND OF VIDEO. Not good, not great, just THE BEST.
