Speaking of Kimye…
Kanye West premiered his new music video on Ellen this morning (boy, she sure is his favorite morning show host, huh?) for this song “Bound 2.”
It features Yeezus himself riding a motorcycle with his topless fiancé laying in front of him in what is surely a violation of several California driving laws (reckless driving, public nudity, being annoying). We gotta admit Kim looks pretty bangin’, but still.

The video’s nothing to write home about, but it guess it’s ‘unique’ qualities count for something, huh? I liked Kanye when he 1st appeared on the scene back in 2004 or so, but my fandom has been weakening ever since. The other track of his that I DID like was ‘Gold Digger’ featuring Jamie Foxx in 2006. I’m certainly not judging him, because I don’t know him personally, but it does appear that he MAY, in fact, have that ‘messiah complex’ that’s been rumored to exist within him, and this new video does NOTHING to contradict that rumor. Kim is a gorgeous woman, and I am happy for the newlywed couple, though. I hope it works out for the best for them, because when celebrities enter into serious relationships (or even marriage) and things do not last ‘forever’, it’s certainly publicized, criticized and pulverized by the general public. He (Kanye) still has my utmost respect, being that he does appear to be the type of man who dares to be different, and doesn’t give a rat’s ass what anyone thinks about it. I love that in a person. =)
