Last night was the MTV VMAs, another award show no one cares about, and something miraculous happened. Nicki Minaj addressed host Miley Cyrus about those shady shady semi-racist comments she made To NY Times. According to Morning After, after Nicki accepted the award for best rap video, she added a footnote to her speech:

“And now… back to this bitch that had a lot to say about me the other day in the press,” Nicki said. “Miley, what’s good?”

Miley’s responded by blaming the reporter: “Hey, we’re all in this industry, we all do interviews, and we all know how they manipulate shit. Nicki, congratulations.”

Awkwaaaaaard. Though MA believes the whole thing may be a PR stunt, we’d like to believe this is real and the two are gonna have a knock-down octagon-style fist-fight. Now THAT would be something I’d stay up on Sunday night to see.
