New Bill Could Make Sex During Divorce Illegal
Reason #19,981 not to get married: a new law might be enacted that would make it ILLEGAL to have sex while in the midst of a divorce.
Yep – despite being one of the most stressful situations an adult can experience, certain lawmakers of America want to make divorce even worse by denying you one of the most stress-relieving natural activities: gettin’ no-strings attached booty.
A Massachusetts senator, Richard Ross (R), sponsored the bill on behalf of his constituent Wrentham Selectman Robert Leclair, though he said he “doesn’t support it.” Leclair is reportedly in favor of the bill because he “went through a bitter divorce.” Cool. Good to hear he’s not biased.
Via HuffPo:
In divorce, separation, or 209A proceedings involving children and a marital home, the party remaining in the home shall not conduct a dating or sexual relationship within the home until a divorce is final and all financial and custody issues are resolved, unless the express permission is granted by the courts.
Fingers crossed this bill doesn’t get passed, and that if it does, that it doesn’t spread across the US. Until then, let’s just be safe and not get married. #teamSINGLE for LIFE!

It sounds fair, and if there are kids in the house they don’t need to see/hear the “other” parent getting it on in the house until it is a done deal; there is no mention of not having sex OUTSIDE the house though…
