If you’re a guy, you might want to start doing an extra set at the gym. According to Reuters, Australian anthropologist Peter McAllister claims in his book, “Manthropology”, that the physical prowess of prehistoric man would have put today’s Olympic-level athletes to shame.

McAllister claims that a Neanderthal woman would have easily beat Governator Arnold Schwarzenegger in arm wrestling and the fastest runners of today would not be able to keep up with prehistoric hunters. If these claims are true, this puts a whole new spin to the saying, “So easy a caveman could do it.”
