What’s the scariest thing you encounter when hanging at the beach? Sharks? Jellyfish or sting rays? Rip currents? Or a woman getting her rocks off?

According to the Daily Mail, Georgia police deemed one lady just trying to get some self-love a danger to society, and arrested her for indecent exposure when she was reported for using a vibrator on the beach. Via DM:

Commenters have expressed sympathy for a woman who was caught using a vibrator on a Georgia beach and then arrested by cops. 

Christina Revels-Glick, who was 34 at the time, was approached by cops after families reported her salacious behavior on Tybee Island beach on July 1, 2021. When questioned by police, she said about the vibrator: ‘I just put it in there. I was covered up and I just had an orgasm,’ she said. ‘I am sorry. I was just stressed out.’

Bodycam footage from the officers who arrested her was released this week, showing her breaking down as she was handcuffed and marched away from the sand.  

But the video, which has been viewed more than 2.5 million times, proved divisive. 

Some viewers said it was only right to arrest Revels-Glick for her indecent behavior.

 Others said the police were being heavy-handed and said they felt sorry for the attention the newly-released bodycam footage will have brought the 37 year-old. 

‘Tf… get outta here, arrest her for f***in what… give her a citation and be done with it,’ one angry viewer declared. 

We side with Team Masturbator — arrest seems pretty overboard. But maybe she should have been a liiiittle more discreet (and buy a quieter vibrator!).
