Now THIS is juicy stuff.

According to RadarOnline, most recent Bachelorette (I believe she is the 482nd one), Emily Maynard, may be secretly giving her rose to recently single host Chris Harrison. You know, the one that divorced his wife of 18 years? The gossip site claims that many on-set sources say the two have been flirtatious on set, have hung out outside of the show (going to a taping of ABC’s Dancing With The Stars), and that Chris has openly declared her “the most beautiful woman he has ever laid eyes on.”

Emily, who still has four “suitors” to “choose from” to “marry,” has been seen flirting with the host since her initial appearance on The Bachelor last year. Even ex-stars of the show saw the connection:

“From the beginning, I always said there was no way Emily was really going to end up with one of the guys because she really wanted to be with Chris, and it was obvious he wanted to be with her too,” past winner Vienna Girardi exclusively told Star. “I vacationed with Chris and his family in St. Lucia and know him well. He was never with his wife. He’s such a flirt,” she revealed.

“I guarantee Emily and Chris will end up tother in the end,” Vienna went on to predict. “If she gets engaged to another man, the show will probably spin it as a love triangle.”

Le sigh. I wonder if women will still fall for this crap show if this little hook up continues. If anything, it’s a perfect metaphor for why people should use OBC instead of one of those crummy old traditional sites – because searching for your one true love never works! People should go out there, enjoy life, hook up, have fun, and love will find them. Just like the many people who have found love on OBC, Emily Maynard probably was not looking to fall for the married host of her dating show. But as Dr. Ian Malcolm once said in the greatest movie of all time, “Life… uh… finds a way.”
