Starting January 5th, the Nexus One by Google will be on sale online at Google’s online phone store and in stores nationwide. At an astoundingly cheap $199 for an unlocked phone in stores, you’d be shocked to know that it gets cheaper- If you have a Google account, and buy online, the phone is a mere $99!

With features very similar to the iPhone, as well as the capability of using it on any network, could a phone rivaling the omnipresent iPhone finally have arrived?
