Do Women Like Online Gaming More than Sex?
This is just another one of those “studies” that makes me laugh because it is so obviously skewed by the company that created it. According to Jezebel, Doritos (yes, DORITOS, the makers of such tortilla chips as “Nacho CHEESIER” and “COOLER Ranch”) surveyed 2000 “random” people and asked them about the activities they partake in and how much they enjoy them. Their results showed something that you could classify as “funny,” “strange,” “unfortunate,” or “who cares this was a survey by DORITOS BRAND CHIPS.”
Of the 49% of women that cited “playing online video games” as one of their activities, about 84% of them said they enjoy playing them. And of the women who said one of their activities was “having sex,” only 70% said they enjoyed it.
Okay. So. This could be funny, because any woman who happened to partake in a survey by a snack food with 75% of your daily sodium intake might not be the healthiest or most active type of lady, ifyouknowwhatImean. You might also say these results are strange, because a woman who chooses battling orcs against 14-year-olds on the internet over having orgasms might have some sort of psychological issue that needs to be examined. You might even say it’s unfortunate, because these poor women who love video games must be dating sexually impaired nerds that aren’t paying their needs much attention. BUT MOST LIKELY, you’d say who cares this was a survey by DORITOS BRAND CHIPS, the snack that people only like after they’ve smoked so much weed that even their taste buds are high.
Obviously this is one of the most skewed surveys we’ve seen in quite some time, but to those women who actually do enjoy video games more than sex, you should probably put down the controller and sign into OBC. We’ll find someone who will change that for you.
