Despite claiming that “a knife has never touched this body” (ugh, so creepy), Courtney apparently decided to amp up her tata size with a breast augmentation to take her from a C to a DD-cup. Watch the video above and ask yourself few questions:

2. Is that how I should be dressing when I go to the doctor? I didn’t know.
3. Is Courtney’s post-surgery voice her real, 18-year-old voice? It’s the first time she hasn’t sounded like a cougar.
