Chalk this up on the list of things you don’t ever want to experience: getting the ever living sh*t beat out of you by an NFL football player. According to TMZ, Cincinnati Bengals running back Cedric Benson is under investigation for allegedly beating up his roommate Clavens Charles after a dispute over their Texas living arrangements. He apparently hit Charles “several times with… closed fists all over [his] face resulting in severe injury to his face.”

TMZ has released a photo of the dudes face, and it is NOT pretty:

Benson’s attorneys are claiming that the attack was provoked and that Clavens is attempting to extort money from the NFL star, although the victim’s attorney says that absolutely no attempt at claiming money has been made.

Apparently the NFL lockout is making people a teeeeeeny bit tense, eh?
