Happy Halloween, everyone! In the light of the tragic events that have unfolded on the East Coast, the internet is not its usual “hilarious video related to the current holiday” self. In fact, the whole web has been pretty quiet for the past few days. The whole Gawker network is operating through a backup site, and several New York-based bloggers are unable to update at all due to lack of power and servers being out. So I suppose I can forgive everyone for not providing me with sufficient video footage of Halloween goodness.

However, there is one good video that’s popped up that brings me hope that maybe everything is okay, and it’s this video of an awesome dad who constructed a perfect replica of the Aliens Power Loader for him and his baby. Sure it’s no drunk Spiderman trying to jump from one building to another and smashing into a wall, but I guess for now, it’ll do. It’ll do, pig.
