There has been a painful lack of funny videos in the past couple months. I don’t know if the whole “record everything that happens around you on the off-chance that it becomes a viral video” trend is coming to an end (thank God), or if it’s just summer and people are in the water (the one place you can’t bring a phone), but either way. It’s been a REAL BORING SUMMER since the Lonely Island video.

It’s gotten so bad that I’m even willing to share this totally average video of a Dublin cab driver getting his dance on to the jam of the summer, Daft Punk’s Get Lucky.

Here are a couple reasons why this video is even remotely interesting:

1) Damn, I want to go to Dublin. People are just drunk in the middle of the street at like 1 in the afternoon. Baller.

2) Cab drivers in Europe are apparently way cooler than they are here. If a cab driver drove up to an impromptu dance party in San Diego, they would just run everyone over. [See also: Swedish cops being way cooler than American ones.]

3) That song has to die, you guys. There are so many better songs on the album. LET GET LUCKY DIE ALREADY.

4) The MACARENA, woman? ARE YOU KIDDING?

5) I’m serious about going to Dublin. Who’s with me?
