3 People Who Had a Worse Weekend Than You
GOOD MORNING, SUNSHINE! How was your weekend? It was the first official weekend of summer and we at OBC enjoyed getting our tan on, hitting the beach, and going out at night… WITHOUT A JACKET?!??
But back to you – how was your weekend? We hope it was great, but in case it wasn’t, we’ve got three people who had a WAY worse weekend than you. Misery loves company, so here are some people that are miserable.
1. Anthony Kiedis of the Red Hot Chili Peppers
According to TMZ, Anthony Kiedis started a brawl with a security guard of the Rolling Stones this past weekend when he tried to enter the building at the same time as the Stones. The security guard thought Kiedis was just another fan (maybe he didn’t recognize him with a shirt on), and attempted to stop him and his lady friend from crossing the threshold. It did not end well.

2. Paula Deen
You might have thought that the biggest scandal to hit the jolly Food Network star was The Diabetes Medication Incident heard ’round the world. It was, until a lawsuit transcript this past week showed that Deen admitted to using the N-word several times in her life, including once when she mentioned a desire to dress black men as “slaves” for her brother Bubba’s wedding. Although she made an awkward, uncomfortably apology, the Food Network decided to drop her from the payroll. No more butter milkshakes and lard cupcakes for us, no more network television moolah for her.
3. The San Antonio Spurs
Also from TMZ, we spotted this sad, sad set of pics of the San Antonio Spurs – specifically Tony Parker and Tim Duncan, walking away from their hotel on Friday morning following their dismal defeat by the Miami Heat during game 7 of the NBA Finals.
Looking like George Michael Bluth, the players trudjed home and pouted all weekend, while their Heat counterparts were probably JUST getting started partyingd. Bummer.
