Top 5 Fruits and Veggies For a Great Sex Life
Call us hypocrites, but that PETA ad got us thinking: we SHOULD be eating more fruits and vegetables this year. We’re stationed in San Diego, which makes it crazy easy to live on burritos, beachside burgers, and craft beers, but a diet like that isn’t great for your heart, brain, or let’s face it – BELLY.
We thought we’d take this Monday (nature’s weekly RESTART BUTTON) to share some tasty fruits and veggies that will seriously amp up your sex life while helping you slim down (which is our May theme) before summer!
So cross “microwavable frozen dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets” off your grocery list and add these healthy alternatives!
Avocados
Grubbing on these tasty green fruits is an easy way to boost your sex life – they contain high levels of folic acid, which helps metabolize proteins to give you more energy in the sack. Avocados are delicious on sandwiches, salads, as guacamole, or plain with a spoon and some salt! Check out this recipe for a tasty southwestern style salad and then get ready for some boot-knockin!
Celery
This almost calorie-free vegetable is often ignored because it has a very subtle flavor. Guys should add it to their diets though, because it contains androsterone, a hormone men release in their sweat that may turn on the ladies! Garlic
Garlic breath is NEVER a turn on.
