They say that if you want to know what a woman is going to look like, scope out her mother. You can sometimes tell if that little bit of chub under her chin is going to eventually join her chest and become a neck bridge. Or you can tell if her boobs are going to end up hanging out somewhere between her hips and knees.

However, in Hollywood, this method of prediction isn’t always as easy because of the mass amounts of plastic surgery ladies often undergo. Take, for example, this week’s Hump Day Hottie, Kate Hudson. She is one of the most gorgeous blondes in the business today (do you remember her in that dress from How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days? My GOD). But when you take a gander at her also-famous mother Goldie Hawn, all you can think is FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, KATE, PLEASE DON’T DO THIS TO YOUR FACE!

Goldie in her younger years is practically a Kate Hudson doppleganger, so we have our fingers, toes, and all extremities crossed that K. Hud doesn’t take the same course as her momma. Especially when, at 33, she looks like this on the cover of Glamour:

It’s like she’s telling you to come see what’s under that shirt, AMIRITE?

Kate, who is the mother of 9-year-old Ryder and one-year-old Bing, is one of the few freaks of nature that can snap back from pregnancy like it ain’t no thang. Let’s just hope that that natural sexiness continues into her old age. We love us some Goldie (and dont get us wrong, she looks great for her age), but yikes.
