Unfortunately that meant we didn’t get to witness the fantastic hot mess that was Diane Sawyer on ABC News, who definitely looked “exhausted” (in the Lindsay Lohan sense).

The truth of the matter is this has probably been the most stressed newscasters and journalists have been since 2008, so they’ve probably been up around the clock, following news stories and reading up on recent polls. So Diane, I’m sure, was just ready for everything to be over and could hardly keep herself together for the final moments.

I still like to picture her taking Jager bombs under the table, though.
