After having participants listen to the sound of various cars’ engines revving, the women’s testosterone levels were measured, and guess what? After hearing a Maserati engine, 100% of women had a rise in their testosterone levels. However, after listening to the engine of an average Volkswagen Polo, 100% of the women had a DROP in excitement levels!
