Since we all know that the Song of the Week is without a doubt Frank Ocean’s heartbreaking ballad, “Bad Religion,” I realized that when it came to the #SOTS Thursday post, I might as well make it something silly, and fun, to lift spirits and give everyone a morning burst of

OKOKOKOK I’m lying. I saw this posted on a few blogs this morning during my 6 am internet check, and burst out laughing so hard that I spit Captain Crunch all over my bed, and just HAD to share it with you. The video stars Kyle Kaplan and Nick Braun, who starred in the VERY short-lived sitcom 10 Things I Hate About You (SERIOUSLY short lived, as I’ve never even heard of it).

They play two guys in a car, listening to music when suddenly Somebody That I Used to Know, by Gotye, comes on the radio. The song, which has been on the Billboard top 10 list for what feels like a century, clearly “bugs” them, and they totally “hate” it, and struggle “turn it off,” because of how “bad” it is.

What happens next is so spot on, so perfect, that I want to find these guys and shake their hands immediately. Happy Thursday!
