Poor Kris Humphries. He just can’t catch a break! First he gets dumped after only 72 days of marriage by She Who Sold Her Soul For Fame Kim Kardashian, and now his most recent fling (who, sweet Jesus, looks a hell of a lot like Kim), is going to the press and claiming she is his new girlfriend, despite Kris saying he wouldn’t date until his divorce is final.

It was getting so bad at times, that Kris had his lawyer contact his booty call, Fatmire “Myla” Sinanaj, to remind her that she is NOT his girlfriend.

“Kris’ attorney called and left messages for Myla on Thursday afternoon,” the source tells RadarOnline.com. “Lee conveyed that he needs to speak to her immediately about the claims she is making regarding Kris’ relationship with her. There are text messages between Kris and Myla which clearly prove that she is lying about being his girlfriend. Kris’ lawyer has also drafted a cease and desist letter that he will be sending to Myla which will also order her to stop making these claims. The timing of Myla making these claims is wreaking havoc on his upcoming divorce proceedings, because he will most certainly be asked about dating her during his upcoming deposition.”

Talk about embarrassing, huh? Note to Myla: you are not a celebrity’s girlfriend when he makes you sneak out before the sun comes up. And note to Kris: you should have learned your lesson once, bro. Don’t stick your d*ck in crazy.
