With their massive houses, awesome cars, and sexy partners, it’s often easy to wish you were a celebrity. However, it’s not all fun and games, because many celebrities are unable to cope with the fame and bury themselves in alcohol and drugs, spiraling out of control until they either end up in jail, or, in the case of both Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston, die tragically.

It isn’t surprising, then, to hear the rumor that Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston may have had an affair in 1991, just before Whitney’s rocky marriage with fellow singer Bobby Brown. According to martial arts instructor Matt Fiddes, who spent many years as Michael’s bodyguard, the two were inseparable for a short, but torrid two weeks.

“Whitney practically moved in to Michael’s ranch and they had a fling like any other young couple. But Michael said later he had always hoped the relationship had gone further, and I know he dreamed of marrying her,” Fiddes said.

According to RadarOnline, Mr. Fiddes went to the London tabloid magazine The Sun, with the story, a d shared several other shocking details. He claims that “Jackson was an anorexic drug addict, covered with needle marks,” and that “in Michael’s final years he became fixated on Nazism.”

Most shocking, though, is the claim that Mr. Fiddes is the biological father of Michael Jackson’s youngest son Blanket. He says that he gave a sperm donation to Michael in 2001, when Michael told him he wanted an “athletic” child. Fiddes is demanding a DNA test, so that he can “see Blanket a couple of times a year. It’s not a custody battle.”

It’s hard not to wonder if this story, like many tabloid stories, is just a cry for attention. With the recent death of Whitney Houston, Fiddes definitely found something the world would be interested in to exploit. Then again, he may honestly just want to see his biological son that he likely was very close to before Michael’s death back in 2009.
