I’m super bummed that I missed Rihanna’s surprise appearance with Calvin Harris at Coachella earlier this month. I had no idea she was going to perform, especially considering I thought she was just smoking pot with Snoop the whole time. However, her new song and video are enough to boost my mood: “Where Have You Been” is a beat-heavy, totally stellar jam that will likely be remixed into every DJ set ever until the sound of it makes me want to throw up, and the music video is full of gorgeous scenes and a healthy dozen shots of Rihanna side-boob. A+ in my book. Check it out:

I was sure that Ri’s new song would be the club hit of the summer, until I stumbled across this glorious video for up-and-coming rapper Krispy Kreme. His single, “The Baddest” is quite possible the most bad-ass song I’ve ever heard, and the video has more balls than a SWAT leader fighting a Bengal tiger with his bare hands. I am 100% serious. Check out this video and just TRY and tell me he’s not going to be the break out artist of the CENTURY.
