Ohhhhhh great, the Kim Kardashian publicity machine is at it again, and this time with the help of the media-magnet Kanye West. Just a day after reports swirled that Kanye and Kim may have hooked up earlier this week, it appears that Kanye is admitting that he may have been a catalyst in the break up of Miss K and her ex-husband.

In his new song “Theraflu,” Kanye has a couple lines that seem to imply a relationship between himself and the reality starlet:

“And I’ll admit, I had fell in love with Kim / Around the time she had fell in love with him / Well that’s cool, baby girl, do your thing / Lucky I ain’t had Jay drop him from the team”. (Kanye’s BFF Jay-Z is a part-owner of the New Jersey Nets, which Kris plays for.)

With Kim knee-deep in divorce proceedings, it appears the song couldn’t come at a worse time. However, we as lowly non-celebrities probably don’t understand the inner-workings of the publicity-machine… This may have been, in fact, the BEST time for this news to come out. Otherwise WHY ELSE would she have been pictured shopping, seeing movies with, and sneaking out booty-call style from a guy who allegedly just outed their affair?
