Here’s a fun fact about me – I hail from the land of Puerto Rico! You can tell this fact about me because I have brown hair and thick eyebrows and an affinity for high top Nike tennis shoes. Whenever people find out this fact about me, though, they instantly ask if I speak Spanish, to which I sheepishly answer “no,” because I don’t. My mother never taught me Spanish, mainly because she used it as a secret code to say things about my brother and me to her sisters. Only now do I understand what “Juro por Dios, Emilia, que voy a matarlos uno de estos dias.”

Needless to say, I had to use the subtitles to understand this interview with Will Ferrell and Jimmy Kimmel, but that doesn’t make it any less funny. Check it:
