Mercedes Benz Made an Invisible Car
So, last week I got in my car at around 9 pm to run to Vons and grab some late-night blogging snacks (I like to go with beef jerky and M&Ms, although in a pinch Goldfish crackers will do), when my car started making this absolutely HORRIFIC noise. It sounded like a belt, and it was a bit chilly out, so I ignored it. And then halfway through my drive I realized that I could not get into second gear. So I was driving around with this awful noise, skipping from first to third gear, just trying to get like, 12 blocks so I could get to the store and replenish my snack arsenal.
Meanwhile, in Germany, and invisible Mercedes Benz touring the country AS AN ADVERTISEMENT for the luxury car brand’s new zero-emission, F-Cell hydrogen fuel cell technology vehicle. So, you know. That’s nice.
