Do you remember where you were when Brandy and Monica’s 1998 duet “The Boy is Mine” hit the airwaves? I do. My best friend and I were locked in my bedroom making up dance routines and lip syncing to this song. There was a slightly bitter smell in the air because we both DID like the same boy. Now, 14 years later, the 90s darlings are back with another single, It All Belongs to Me (shockingly similar name, huh?), and I am sitting at a desk, in glasses, with my third cup of coffee because I can’t wake up without it, and my knee hurts and I don’t know why.
