I mean, it’s bad enough that an adorable little girl had to die. It’s even worse that she might have died at the hands of her mother. It’s even worse that people all over my Facebook news feed don’t understand the American justice system so they write things like “UM OK I GES THAT MURDER IS LEGAL IN FLORIDA NOW WTF.”

So I suppose it was basically a 100% money-back guarantee that Jay Leno was going to make SOME stupid joke about the situation, as classless as it might have been. However, the fact that the joke bombed so spectacularly just kind of makes it okay, you know? An open message to Jay Leno – it’s time to go to bed.
