Do you guys really need more than that? I mean that headline kind of speaks for itself, right? No?  UGH, FINE.

According to TMZ, an unnamed plaintiff is suing an unidentified male celebrity on 6 separate counts ranging from Fraud to Sexual Battery, for knowingly giving them herpes during a wild night in Vegas. According to the plaintiff, the man “entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure Plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires.” Although the plaintiff (who isn’t specified as male or female) says the celeb promised he was free of venereal diseases, they found out that was PAINFULLY wrong a few weeks later. WOOPSIE DOODLE.

I am torn between two awesome factors about this story:

A) According to the plaintiff, the celebrity is “an A-list celebrity of substantial fame internationally,” (because DEAR GOD, how bad do you want it to be Charlie Sheen)

and

B) There is apparently filmed footage of the exact moment of herpes spreading, and it is currently being shopped to several porn execs.

So, moment of truth – who do YOU think it is, and WOULD you watch the tape?!
